Jobbs accepts no liability or responsibility to any person or organization as a consequence of any reliance upon the information contained in its sites like Jobbs and any other of its sites and properties.

Terms of Service

To the full extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that in no event shall Jobbs be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses (even if Jobbs has been advised of the possibility of such damages) arising out of or in connection with:

(a) Jobbs or this Agreement or the inability to use Jobbs (however arising, including our negligence);
(b) statements or conduct of or transactions with any member or third party on Jobbs;
(c) your use of Jobbs or transportation to or from Jobbs events, attendance at Jobbs events, participation in or exclusion from Jobbs groups or Jobbs events and the actions of you or others at Jobbs events; or
(d) any other matter relating to Jobbs.

Our liability to you or any third parties in any circumstance is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount of fees, if any, you paid to us in the 12 months prior to the action that may give rise to liability.

We collect data about your browser, IP, and location for analytics purposes. We also use your location to show you distance and flight duration to different cities. If you contribute content data to the site, you provide us with a perpetual license to broadcast, display, distribute, sell, and produce derivatives from your contributions.

Every effort is made to provide information that is accurate. However, materials contained in Jobbs's websites, apps, communities, and properties are subject to change at any time. We reserve the right to permanently ban any user from our websites for behavior that goes against our guidelines. We will be the sole judge of guidelines violations and do not offer appeals or refunds in those cases.

By using Jobbs, you agree not to promote your website, application, app, software, product, business, or yourself by posting links to them or posting messages to direct users to them, on any of Jobbs's sites or apps. Jobbs reserves the right to terminate your account and keep your membership fee as a fine.

Delayed Transactions: If a User's Payment Method is declined, Jobbs may attempt to process the transaction again under the same conditions within a few days of the User's first attempt. If approved, the User will receive an email confirming the successful completion.

Members are required to set a real and recent profile photo (no group photos, drawings, avatars, objects, shirtless, sexual photos, or pictures that are not of them).

Many of our websites, apps, and communities contain user-generated data that is subjective, may not be accurate, or may be offensive. We are not liable for any damages resulting from using this data.

Information posted on our websites, apps, and communities should not be considered legal, financial, or other advice and does not replace consultation with a qualified professional. We do not answer specific legal or financial questions.

Jobbs's websites, apps, communities, and properties are provided on an “as is,” “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, but not limited to, TITLE, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, or NON-INFRINGEMENT. No advice or written information provided shall create a warranty.

Jobbs's software, apps, website, communities, and other properties are provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. Visitors agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and are prohibited from posting unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or obscene material. All forum postings will list the author’s name and institution—no anonymous postings.
